This is 4.9 carats Australian Lightning Ridge rough opal split nobby specimen from an estate collection (See Video Below). These rough opals display some flashes of color within matrix and host rock. This rough opal nobby is untouched and was split during the mining process. (please note the camera tends to over saturate blue colors, the blue is not as bright in person).
